We’re looking for a passionate and energetic leader to oversee our School Age Child Care (SACC) programs! As the Director, you’ll manage multiple sites, ensuring top-quality care for children and strong relationships with families. This role combines leadership, creativity, and engagement with school aged children, making every day meaningful and fun!
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of qualified staff.
Oversee program operations, ensuring safety, consistency, and fun for kids.
Build strong connections with parents, schools, and community partners.
Manage budgets, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
Keep things running smoothly while bringing fresh ideas to the table!
Passion for working with children and creating a positive impact.
Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
At least 3 years of leadership experience in administration and staff supervision.
1+ year in licensed child care or early childhood education as a teacher.
Knowledge of child development, learning theories, and engaging activities.
Must meet Wisconsin State Licensing requirements for a Lead Teacher and Center Director.
Ability to stay organized, lead a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
