POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic leader to oversee our School Age Child Care (SACC) programs! As the Director, you’ll manage multiple sites, ensuring top-quality care for children and strong relationships with families. This role combines leadership, creativity, and engagement with school aged children, making every day meaningful and fun!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of qualified staff.

• Oversee program operations, ensuring safety, consistency, and fun for kids.

• Build strong connections with parents, schools, and community partners.

• Manage budgets, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.

• Keep things running smoothly while bringing fresh ideas to the table!

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Passion for working with children and creating a positive impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in administration and staff supervision.

• 1+ year in licensed child care or early childhood education as a teacher.

• Knowledge of child development, learning theories, and engaging activities.

• Must meet Wisconsin State Licensing requirements for a Lead Teacher and Center Director.

• Ability to stay organized, lead a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
